West Lafayette Residents Directory is an independent reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections concerning West Lafayette, Indiana. It neither hosts official records nor represents a government office, court, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
All use must be lawful. Neither the service nor information reached through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Access to public records held by West Lafayette and Tippecanoe County custodians is governed where applicable by the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3; this private service is not a public agency under that Act.
